So if you read my post about my New Year's Resolutions, you'd know that I ended up throwing or giving a lot of my makeup away because it was either too old or I just didn't use it enough to keep it. I just remember thinking while I was going through some of my stuff, "wow, I've had this for a couple years now!". It's really bad to keep makeup past it's expiration date or use old nasty makeup so I just did a big clean out and allowed myself to splurge a little to replace some of the stuff I threw away :) So here's a big haul I did from BeautyNetKorea, which I split in two parts because it was so massive!!! Part 2 is here when you're ready :) haha 

Now if you're familiar with my blog, you know I love PICTURE heavy posts :) So if you enjoy reading hauls more than you do watching them (or you like BOTH!) here's my haul in blog form!

Let's breakdown my Big Korean Haul! :)

BeautyNetKorea was very generous with they're samples! I got a lot more than I actually pictured, but figured you got the point! haha. Most of the samples were from Tony Moly! I got a ton of the I'm Real Lemon and Seaweed Aqua Moisture Lotions, the Intense Care Dual Effect Sleeping Pack, and some eye/face packs! They also included deluxe samples from Banila Co and Secret Key.

How cute are these samples?! :) 

I bought the Etude House Beauty Shot Face Blur because I was really interested in seeing how it worked. Well, spoiler alert, I LOVE it and have already done a First Impressions on it and a Review! This stuff literally makes your skin look photoshopped!

I'm such a sucker for this quirky packaging! Plus, I love sleeping packs, so I bought this Banana Sleeping Pack from Tony Moly. This was something I was also super curious about, so I have tried it and already reviewed it! 

I LOVE spot patches for acne so I got a box from Lioele. I've never tried the A.C. Control Spot Patches and they were the cheapest ones on the site so I'm going to give them a go! This box has 5 sheets in it!

I ended up throwing all my eyeliners away so I bought two of the Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner Gel Eyeliners in Black. One is for my mom! 

I appreciate the fact that this eyeliner also comes with a convenient and compact brush! 

 I'm always on the lookout for new BB creams and this Holika Holika Sweet Cotton Pore Cover BB Cream is so cute! I haven't seen any reviews on it so I wanted to try it out myself! 

This is a new product from The Saem and it's they're Eco Soul Kiss Button Lips Matte in the shade Bitter Chocolate. I don't have too many matte lip colors and I thought this would be nice. 

My lips are forever chapped. I'm going to try Tony Moly's Prestige Snail Lip Treatment to see if it helps. I love snail products and thought this could cure my dry lips! 

I've heard so many amazing things about Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Powder so I wanted to try this version, which is their Pink-Beam Mineral Powder. It looked really pretty on the website!

[Review] G Dragon for The Saem Global Eco Red Lipstick + Swatches

Hi there! Today I'm going to be reviewing G Dragon for The Saem Global Eco Red Lipstick! When I first found out G-Dragon was endorsing a lipstick specifically, I knew I had to pick it up! I was able to buy it during my trip to Seoul, Korea! I also featured this lipstick and other Korean cosmetics in my Makeup Haul. 

Back to the actual lipstick itself! I love the packaging... very sleek and I love that you can see what color it is from the packaging. 

Look at the glory of completely untouched, unswatched makeup! It looks so perfect I don't want to even swatch it!

 But of course I did :) As you can see from the swatch, it is a nice, wearable red, that is more on the orange side of red the a true blue-red. The texture is nice and smooth and it glides on without being dry.

This is what it looks like on my lips facing my window. In direct sunlight, the color looks a bit more orange than red in my opinion. Still very bright though! And a nice orange color at that!

This is what the color looks like in natural light (meaning not in the direct sun). As you can see, it becomes more of a red color! I love it :) 

But Morgan... is it worth it? 

Oh you bet I believe it's worth it! I bought it for around $8 when I was in Korea, which is a reasonable price to pay for a lipstick. Plus, it's wearable, which makes it a versatile lipstick. It's not too over-bearing and it doesn't look too harsh on any skin tone.

Pt. 2 Haul From Seoul, Korea! Makeup and Cosmetics (Etude House, Skin Food, Holika Holika, and MORE)

Alrighty! Here's the second part of my haul from Korea! I'm obsessed with all the goodies I bought and I think I've even found some new favorites :) Want to see what all the makeup I bought while I was in Korea?! So much good stuff! I love how Korean makeup is so unique but affordable at the same time! I'm always down to try new makeup products! I broke the products up by the stores I bought them from! First, let's start with ETUDE HOUSE!

I was so excited when I was in Korea checking out the new line from Etude House, Lock 'N Summer. The products are supposed to be long lasting and are all "cushion" type products. From this line, I bought:

Here's what the inside of the products look like. As you can see, the product itself is encased in a sponge, which means....NO SPILLS! And since they're liquid-type products, they give the skin a dewy appearance.

A close up of the packaging for the Etoinette Crystal Shine Lips in "". Look how gorgeous this lipstick is! Not only do I love the packaging but I love how all Etude House lipsticks have their logo embossed on the side of the actual lipstick. SO pretty!

I've worn this Fresh Cherry Tint in "" a couple of times and so far, I REALLY love it! I actually want to buy more shades because I'm really enjoying this product :) 

Here are a couple of products that I bought from the Color Pop Collection. I love how Korean makeup brands are coming out with more pigmented products! Also, I love that they had small "trial" version so you can see if you like the actual product/shade before committing to buy the full-sized product. 

I'm curious about this product and want to see if this Natural Jelly Cleansing Puff from Etude house actually makes a difference in my skin. Review? I think yes once I try it out :)

MISSHA was having a half off sale on all their eyeliners during the time I visited Seoul. So why wouldn't I buy a couple to try?! :) Plus, they just came out with a new foundation that, I'm not going to lie, really caught my attention with its beautiful packaging.

Here's what the actual products look like. I love how they had a line of gel eyeliners that have two colors in one! Talk about variety :) 

This is Missha's new foundation! Their Geumsul Vitalizing BB Cake Cream Foundation. And yes, this product deserves alllll the pictures...look at that gorgeous packaging!

I can't wait to try this! It's supposed to be fairly light (despite the fact it has "cake" in its name) but have higher coverage than a typical BB cream. It also has an SPF of 40 PA ++.

This might not be a makeup product...but I just decided to include this into this part of the haul. I love the idea behind this brush and once I use it a little more I plan to do a more in-depth review. 

Ahhhh SKIN FOOD.... I love you so much. I was super excited to see they also came out with a couple new product lines! Check it out!!

The only product that I bought from Holika Holika is their Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream. I heard so many positive reviews about the product so I had to try it! 

 Some of the random stuff I bought. I believe the Modi nail polish is from Aritaum, the eyebrow kit is from Olive Young, and the lipstick is from The Saem (G-Dragon's Global Eco Red Lipstick).
